The beautiful truth
Living beside the Retiro changes daily life more than most buyers anticipate. Morning walks, weekend afternoons, and children with somewhere to run — all without leaving the centre. The setting is, plainly, the best in the city.
The uncomfortable truth
It is very small, transactions are infrequent, and the buildings are period stock with the constraints that come with it. Buyers who want the address usually have to accept the apartment, and the compromise is often on layout, parking or condition rather than location.
