Before looking at properties, let's talk about how you want to live.

Tell us what's bringing you to Madrid. A few sentences is enough — the rest is what the conversation is for.

What's bringing you to Madrid?

This is the question that matters. A few sentences is plenty — the rest is for the conversation.

I'm happy for Macarella to hold these details in order to reply. Nothing is shared with anyone else, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

What to expect

It isn't a property presentation
There is no house we need to convince you to buy. We begin without one, which is what makes the rest of it honest.
We'll ask about your life, not your brief
Who is moving, why Madrid, why now, and what an ordinary week looks like once you're here. The property questions come later, and they come easier.
It's mutual
By the end we should both know whether Macarella is the right partner for your search. Sometimes the answer is no, and that's a useful thing to establish early.

We reply personally, usually within two working days.

Buyer representation in Madrid. We represent the buyer, never the property.
