Understand
We begin with the life, not the brief.
The first conversation is not a property presentation and it is not a questionnaire. We want to understand who is moving, why Madrid, why now, and what an ordinary week is going to look like once you are here.
Frequency is what turns a life into geography. A school run happens roughly four hundred times a year. A favourite restaurant happens twenty. Those two facts should not carry equal weight in a decision, and usually they do.
What you receive
A written account of how you want to live, the priorities we have drawn from it, and the central question your move actually has to answer.
Before we continue
Do we understand these people well enough to begin deciding where they should live?
